Frist you must have ViaUsb_Setup1.3.13 alpha you can download on below

nextinstall the ViaUsb_Setup1.3.13 alpha
if you meet with it.
fill like this 

then klik next,until you meet it

enter data cable.wait a few minutes
and klik OK


after then. you must make connetion
1. klik start select connet to/show all conncetions
2. klik create a new connetion/klik next
3. select connect to the internet/next/set up my connection manually/next/connect using a dail-up modem/next/
4. select all like this

5. klik next. than fill

6. klik next again. than fill

7. klik next. fill like this(user name:smart, pasword:smart, confirm pasword:smart)

8.next and finish




NOW your modem al ready to use. it's very easy.
